General Conditions

• All hires are subject to the Terms of Hire on the hire agreement.
• All daily rates include unlimited kilometres and GST.
• Compulsory insurance is $20.00 per day (additional to daily hire rate).
• A booking fee (deposit) is required to secure the dates of hire. This is part of the hire charge.
• A deposit of $300.00 is required to secure the booking.
• The balance of the hire is due on 28 days of  commencement of hire. This can be paid by Credit Card. NZD cheques will be accepted but must be recieved 28 days prior to Pick Up.
• Refunds are not available if the campervan is returned earlier than agreed.
• A Vehicle Security/Bond is required prior to the commencement of the hire, (NZD $2000.00). This is refundable should there be no damage to the campervan and the campervan is in a reasonable state of cleanliness on the termination of the hire.
• Any water related damage,creek or river crossing ,beach driving, flooded areas.the terms of the Rental agreement are breached.The hirer will be responsible for total cost of any damage,incorrect use of fuel{fuel being petrol or diesel} Replacement of keys which are lost or locked in vehicle,Overhead and underbody damage to vehicle,Driving on restricted roads,
• The minimum hire period is 10 days. Short hires of up to 7days and under are often available from Nelson.Mileage is limited to 150 km per day extra kms will be charged $0:35 per kms            A service fee of $70:00  will apply for special deals if 7 days and under.. 
• Pick up/Drop off: Between the hours 8.00am and 5.00pm. There is an extra charge for late returns if not approved.
• Pick up/Drop off Locations: Airport/Auckland, Nelson,Motueka  Christchurch,Greymouth . Blenheim plus Picton Ferry Terminal.   a relocation fee to some area's
• Drivers licence Hirer and driver must be over 23 years of age for Toyota campervans 25 years and over for larger vehicles and produce a valid driver's licence,New Zealand recognises driver's licence issued by your own contry ,as well as International drivers licences. Drivers licence must be sighted at the time of Pick Up of all persons intending to drive. This licence must be clean and readable in English.
